If you aren't sure who you're rooming with yet, you can reserve a room for yourself now, and then add your guest(s) to your room reservation at a later date. Please note that you will be initially be quoted a single occupancy rate, and the rate will be adjusted accordingly based on occupancy.

Steffanie and Matt have chosen to partner with us in order to provide their guests with a stress-free travel experience! They’ve paid an upfront deposit to secure a minimum number of rooms for their entire group so that all of their closest friends and family are able to join in on the fun. The wedding couple kindly asks that you book your hotel reservation within our contracted room block, which has been negotiated with special rates, private transportation and additional VIP benefits for all guests.

If you choose to book outside of the room block:

• You will not receive the aforementioned negotiated group rates and benefits

• You will not be able to attend any of the private events held at the resort without paying an additional fee.

• You will not receive any booking assistance from EBK. Travel emergencies do happen, and we want to be able to support you from start to finish!

YES! All individuals traveling internationally, regardless of age, must possess a valid passport.

Please note that a Passport Book is mandatory for air travel; Passport Cards and Enhanced IDs are not accepted. If you already hold a passport, please double-check the expiration date. The US State Department recommends that international travelers maintain a validity of at least 6 months on their passport beyond their return date.

If you don't have your passport yet, no worries! You can still reserve your room using the legal name that will be on your application. We recommend applying for your passport as soon as possible. For information on how to apply, please visit: travel.state.gov

The rates listed above include your all-inclusive resort accommodations plus roundtrip private group transportation between the Punta Cana (PUJ) Airport and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana. Food, drinks (yes, alcohol too!), entertainment, and activities are included in the room rate. Airfare and Travel Insurance are excluded.

Please plan to check-in by no later than Friday, May 1st. A minimum 3-night stay is required. While the group rates are currently valid between Wednesday, April 29 and Wednesday, May 6, additional nights may be added to your stay based on availability and must be requested.

As soon as possible! Generally speaking, the cost of airfare will continue to increase as the departure date approaches. We recommend using Google Flights to search for flight options and then book directly with the airline. We do not recommend booking your flights through a 3rd party OTA such as Expedia, Travelocity, Booking.com, etc. Click here to find out why!

Please note: In order to utilize the included group private transportation, you must fly into Punta Cana (PUJ) Airport and provide your flight confirmation via email by Friday, March 20, 2026. Transportation will not be provided from Santo Domingo (SDQ) Airport.

Pre-departure coverage protects 100% of your non-refundable trip investment for covered reasons, and 75% for non-documented reasons if you need to cancel your trip. Post-departure coverage protects against trip delays, lost baggage, and trip interruption, as well as providing medical reimbursement if you become ill or injured while traveling. We strongly recommend that you protect both your investment and yourself, as traditional health insurance does not cover medical situations abroad.

Yes! You have the option of making additional payments at any time until the final payment date of Friday, January 9, 2026. Initial deposits of $300 per room are non-refundable and due by Friday, November 7, 2025.

Please email screenshots containing your travel dates, # of travelers, name of the resort and room category to hello@escapesbykait.com. If you are finding a price that's significantly lower than the group contracted rates, typically this means it isn't a true apples-to-apples comparison, especially since you will already be losing out on the group VIP benefits and events.

Resorts often use OTAs like Expedia as a clearinghouse to sell the least desirable rooms in their inventory, so you might get stuck in the room facing the dumpster with a broken AC unit, for example. Plus, you'd be the first to get "walked" to another resort if their rooms are oversold. Escapes by Kait is unable to assist any guests booked outside of the room block, and the resort will advise you to contact Expedia (or whichever OTA you booked through) for assistance.
